What is factoring?
Direct capital with factoring
The process of factoring is as follows: after a company has delivered its products or services to its customers, it sends an invoice to the customer with the payment term. Instead of waiting for the payment period, the company can choose to sell outstanding invoices directly to a factoring company. The factor then pays the company part of the total invoice amount (80% to 90%) or the total amount. The factor then takes over debtor management and collects the remaining amount from the debtor.
One of the most important advantages of factoring is that it provides fast liquidity. Companies can immediately access money that would otherwise be stuck in outstanding invoices. This enables them to continue their daily activities, make investments and implement growth plans without worrying about long-term payment terms.

Different types of factoring
American factoring
American factoring, a dynamic financial lever, provides quick access to capital by selling your invoices for a percentage of the total value. It's ideal for entrepreneurs who want immediate liquidity without the obligation to repay, perfect for bridging short-term funding gaps or funding rapid growth opportunities.
Traditional factoring
Traditional factoring offers more than just financing; it is complete debtor management. In this form, the factoring company fully takes over the management of your invoices, relieving you of the collection process and the risk of default. This is the ideal solution for companies that want to reduce their administrative burdens and fully focus on their core activities, while still keeping their cash flow healthy.
